We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Eligible Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused condition without any damage.
Packaging: All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to better assist you.
We will either offer a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

Authorization: After your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
For other returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
